    Thank you Beatty- Finnish is a real difficult language to get to grips with but it has a nice melody and rhythm

    Have you ever heard anyone speak Finnish? or are you actually studying the language? the pronunciation differs a lot from English :?

    I travel a lot n try and speak the local language wherever I go, at least to say “please, thank you and can you tell me where the toilet is”-

    Helsinki or Tampere is a probability in November for a few days so I got a Finnish phrase book- it isn’t easy (Spanish and French I’m Ok in, even Danish I can get a smile in) to follow Finnsh- haven’t really heard it spoken at all tho

    Are you coming for a holiday or is that trip work-related? Have you already found out those important phrases in Finnish? :D
    When you speak Finnish you really have to remember the rhythm and that the beginning of every word is emphasized or actually the first syllable is emphasized (not sure those are the words but… :roll: ) If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask :wink:

    Jus comin for a holiday- been to Sweden n Denmark lots of times n loved it so I thought Finland would be cool too- if its Winter here I prefer it to be cold where I have a holiday too!
