That’s the thing though Gym Guy………A proper fan doesn’t get embarassed just because there team lose a few games.
That’s when you get your chance to support them properly…ie) when they need you !!
We have a lot of injuries and it’s only the out of towners who are panicking because they only support teams away from there home cities because they have been succesful in the past.So they are bound to jump ship if things go wrong.
Although it’s not good enough for a team of our stature the goals for the season where to gain as much cash from the champions league run and to qualify for it again in order to have a chance of keeping Gerrard.Benitez needs money to rebuild and it will only be this season that we will want this as making money isn’t what the club is about………… winning Trophy’s is !!
We may also still get a trip to Cardiff as well with a bit of luck.We lost tha same two matches the last two seasons at home to Man utd and away to Southampton.There is just a bit of a fuss at the moment because we didn’t compete properly in the F.A Cup.

He wasent to bad to be honest will take time to gel i think as with all new players he was heavly tackled at one piont tho havent seen fullam that dirty in a long time and as for there penalty load of b00l0x but while your about love whats smicer like we have been seen with talk with him
At the end of the season, Man Utd will have won one trophy less that Liverpool. We’ll take the Worthington or whatever the hell its called these days and Man Utd wil be wallowing with nowt !!!

It shouldn’t matter that your local teams like Buxton are not in the same bracket, either. F*ck, if that was the case then we might as well switch to the American system of no promotion, no relegation, everyone just support your nearest big city. Fifteen teams should do it. i am probably not good enough, cause i not played for years.. though i am going to training today, but my friend martin got asked to play for them, which he turned down, as it meant missing shifts at work, and getting less money, he is a top player too.. but his main strengh was he was fast, he could outrun anyway.. and strong too
but yeah, buxton are cra p… because there are in the lowest divisions you could be in england, and in the bottom 5, a pub team beat them 4-1 in a friendly pre season.
i am sorry, but i don’t fancy walking around in a buxton fc top.. sponsered by the dodgy market store holder on a saturday… i’ll rather follow my mates pub team who i training with tonight

but uniteds best team was when we did’nt spend the money, my point was being… you don’t need money to have a great team, of late.. united have been guilty of this too
and 7 million for Hienz, is probably the buy of the season in my opinion
