Rubes hard to explain i duno how to put it but blue tooth you need to add the person it pics up and it only pics people up in a short disstance from you

But you can send pics via the texting systam

Correct Suns! You both need to have it turned on and able to detect each others phone so you can send things for free. Only thing is as you say…you need to be within a gnats whisker of each other.
