My point is this Pete.
The ban on fox hunting was introduced by the looney left.
I am just reminding everybody what the looney left are all about.
They are responsible for a variety of issues that affect our everyday lives.
The fact that you are so hung up on representing the fox in all of this is your business.
:evil:your point was this was about fox hunting then you went off on a f*cking ramble about the loony left
So lets stick to the point you want to hunt foxes why???30 March, 2008 at 1:15 pm #320839@pete wrote:

30 March, 2008 at 1:32 pm #320842Leaving aside the ”class warfare” issues for a brief but wonderful moment – I can see and understand the necessity for foxhunting to take place on the grounds that it is a viable and practical method of controlling vermin.
At the end of it all the fox still ends up dead – whether it is poisoned; shot; or killed by a pack of hounds.
I have a real difficulty is supporting the same argument when it is applied to hare coursing or stag hunting, as these activities seem to serve very little (if any) practical use. In any event, the hares and stags are not classified as vermin and do not do anywhere the same amount of damage that foxes do.

a load of toffs charging round the countryside with a pack of baying hounds is not vermin control
