    I believe that the south eastern Chinese have been having us on and it is really made from the discarded dog ends of the oppressed Tibetans. Quite nice, though.

    Still, Lapsang Souchong is a tea from south-east China. It smells and tastes strongly of tobacco, at least to me. A dog end is the remains of a smoked cigarette.
