Land of the free bans low-cut jeans (sort of)

It seems odd top me, as a British person, that Americans are allowed to carry guns (in Britain handguns are totally illegal for ordinary citizens) and yet someAmericans can be banned from wearing certain fashions or from gambling on-line.

I would be the first to admit that Britain. too, has some wierdnesses. For instance we call ourselves a democracy and yet we STILL have an unelected upper house of parliament and we STILL have a hereditary monarchy.
