Just letting off steam really, but does anyone else work for a bunch of p*icks???? I do, i have not missed a day since oct last year when i started, and this week i have been to the doctors and told i now have I.B.S not nice. I have had tests etc and my bosses are stroppy with me for the doctor putting me on the sick till i have my medication and test results back. I do my job the best i can and they are b*stards about it. I know a few people on here are having the same problem please do share. I mean there is a girl who i work with who always has friday nights off and she only does 3 nights a week and they crawl up her ass!!!! Grrrrrr :evil:

i work for an ar sehole too… boss’s like to feel in controll, and they don’t always do the right thing, more of a thing that makes them feel they have controll
Its like you have to respect them but they dont have to respect you???? Most of my bosses are female and power driven. Not only do i have to worry about feeling ill i now have to worry that when i go back they will b*tch Grrrrrrr @ women :lol:

You know I have found in my experience and listening to other’s talk, that it seems that if a employee is lazy,etc, they are the ones that are put above everyone else and thier stinky, never stinks!! Seems to hold true in all cases,no matter what they do or how hard they make it for everyone else. Fair?, Nope, but I try to keep reminding myself the old saying,” What goes around, comes around. Someday they will get their just rewards. ( Some, I hope it’s soon !!)

I work in the NHS and they are the worst!
Self refer to your Occupational Health Department if you have one and take the time to get better… sod em, if its anything like my place, the work will no doubt still be waiting for you when you get back.

them that shout loudest sometimes becky which is why i am locked in a case for bullyin and breach of contract with my employers ( who incidentally are politicians to make it worselol) cos i never made any waves (a fair days work for a fair days pay lol) they decided cos staff were moaning bout this that an the other they would in effect sack the manger , side step her, put somoen else in my place lol. the idea behind my bosses thinkin (ihave known this guy 25 years from workin in the commnity) was he was fed up with people moanin so wots the best way to shut people up??? pick on the easiest target the one that never makes waves , sack the manager cos then they will think omg if they can do that wot will they do to us ffs!!!!!!!!!…..
anyway like i said a big county court case comin up , dont think they will go to court think they will settle out of court cos of the publicity but a long way to go yet and i am going back to work to face it on mondayafter being off 16 weeks because of the upset etc it caused me …….but made of tuff stuff (yeah right!!!) so gonna face it ,……. this marshmallow is gonna stand up fer herself fer the first time in me life lol……..probably be on the what pist u off thread monday evening :roll: :roll: :wink: :wink: :wink:
