I have decided to do a postal vote and my ballot paper arrived t’other day. (the polling station is in a church, so sod that)
I only have a choice of four parties to choose from in these local elections….
    Labour,
    Tories,
    Lib Dem or
    Green.

I do not wish to vote for any of these parties as I dont believe any of them will be any good for the constituency I live in.

Why can’t I vote for a smaller party?????
    It’s not fair!

I want to decide my own future, but I can’t.

Why not simply spoil your ballot paper by writing ”BOLLOCKS” across it then? That way you are expressing your view as to what your future should be.

You can, we all can. To be ultra hard on you, you could’ve stood yourself, or you could’ve encouraged someone to stand for you. Failing that, write the name of the party you wanted to vote for accross the ballot paper.

And dont forget to put a X through it…

That’s what I told him Emma – except that I forgot the advice to put a cross as well.

Dont give up Sharon, show the people you dispise, what an awful job they do by spoiling your ballot paper, atleast you’ll feel better for it.

did anyone else see on the news that in dewsbury postal voting has dropped by over 20.000 since strict new regulations have been put in place to stop people cheating ie men filling in votes for heir slaves [sorry wives] in muslim areas. the government were spanked badly when it emerged that ballot papers were filled in en mass in a mosque without ever being seen by the people they were supposed to represent. thats 20.000 votes quite a significant number dont you think ? i think you should give your fingerprints to vote ? the technology exists and it would stop a mirriad of broblems innit
