Yeah, I don’t really care what anyone posts on this thread cos its a happy thread after all so how can I get upset? One favour to ask tho – can we keep the shyte poems to william’s poetry thread please. Ruby will pick up again and join us in the happy club soon… in fact, I think she is back already.

Yeah I knew you were dyslexic Mary but also knew you would take the jibe ok. FFs winding down the car windows in the lion park to scare the kids, you should be locked up for that!!!! :)

errr i think i got wot u meant Rubes… lol

ere James that poetic flare just floated fae me brain i do apolagise… lol

well i took the kids yestdy to Blair Drummond Safri Park… we normally go 2/3 times a year…. and this year was a pleasant surprise as i always moan at the cost to get in…. its £6.50 for kids and £9.50 for adults..! but actually was worth it…. and they have invested money in to the childrens play areas etc…. they had a big forte now they have this huge actually pirates ship… enbedded on sand… they even have butckets n spades etc … (glad to see them not selling them lol )

we got there aboot 11… and didnt leave til after 5…. plus we did have a moment….. my car brokedown lol… just as well it wasnt in the lions enclosesure as they were restless prob cause they aint use to the sun shinning lol… so they nice safri park guys had to come and jump start me car…

we also had a huge rhino on the road refusin to move anywhere… and i sure wasnt drivin past or round him..!!! car already clapped oot lol…

so folks if ur lookin for somewhere to take the kids oot in Scotland would reconmend Blair Drummond Safari park…. ive always wanted to go to the one in England the one on the telly canny mind name… anyone been there…??

    Longleat???

Must agree though Mary – Blair Drummond was the best family day out we have had, My son absolutely loved it there, especially the enclosure you can walk round and get really cose to the small animals.

And getting him away from that pirate ship was a struggle lol!

Mind you, might take a picnic next time we go, the cafe was rubbish.
