The Institute for Historical Review publicly offered a reward of $50,000 for verifiable “proof that gas chambers for the purpose of killing human beings existed at or in Auschwitz.” This reward was subsequently paid to an Auschwitz survivor who took the IHR to court.

Precisley, i dont believe there is any such concrete proof, however, i myself simply do not believe a figure that has been bandied about for decades without any absolute proof….

Then why ask for it? I can no more provide concrete proof for the figures than you can provide anything concrete to disprove them. Anyone can copy and paste an article that claims to either prove or disprove. Whilst we cannot provide such proof, there is no doubt that life was lost on a huge scale in a most horrific and inhumane fashion.

The Holocaust didn’t just involve the deaths of Jews. The Nazis targeted Gypsies, homosexuals, Jehovah’s Witnesses and the disabled for persecution. Anyone who resisted the Nazis was sent to forced labor or murdered.
Out of an estimated 11 million people killed in the Holocaust, 6 million were Jews. That leaves 5 million.
But as you say, what has this to do with anything? :roll:

I dont write history…. I also do not simply take figures as true because of the claims of victors, unlike some obviously…. The article was posted because i find it of interest, it is a point of fact that according to mr James, the jewish council and legal system in germany have refused to give over any such documentary evidence…It was not posted to establish one way or another the figures or statistics….. If you dont like that….Tuff 8)
