Abu Qatada released from prison
“A senior judge earlier signed papers authorising the release of Abu Qatada, previously described as Osama Bin Laden’s right-hand man in Europe.”
“Abu Qatada was once described by a judge as a “truly dangerous individual at the centre of al Qaeda’s activities in the UK”.
Last month the Court of Appeal blocked his deportation to Jordan, where Abu Qatada has been convicted in his absence of involvement in terror attacks.
Appeal Court judges feared evidence gained from torture could be used against Abu Qatada in a future trial.”
“Abu Qatada must also stay in his west London home for at least 22 hours a day, and cannot attend any kind of meeting. He is also forbidden from using mobile phones, computers or the internet.”
“Among the people he is banned from meeting in London is al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.”
Read it fully by all means but this is a complete farce, in my humble opinion.

what a complete farce …. not allowed out of his house for 22 hours a day but the other 2 hours he can still do god knows what, not allowed to attend meeting or mosque’s or use mobile phones or internet, what about land lines fgs and he may not be allowed to do these things but he’s allowed to have visits from family who can use all these things :roll:, he should be deported alongside any other foreign immigrants that could be a potential threats to our country’s safety, if we are wrong, we are, better that than the possible results if we were right and did nothing about it.
This country is as soft as sh.it if we were arrested in many countries abroad, an example that teacher lady arrested with the teddy bear look how difficult that was to get her released, and we cant take action against known threats like him,he is / was one of this countries most wanted men, it beggars belief, instead he has 2 hours a day he can walk the streets and contact with family is free and un watched and what the hell were they doing giving someone like that bail before anyway,oh yeah theres too many thugs / slobs / layabouts enjoy there short stints in prisons not enough room to keep him off the streets huh ludicrous.It is a farce but if he’s so closely monitored and he doesn’t exactly look like the fast, nimble type, he probably won’t get vary far!

If these people weren’t so evil and dangerous, they’d be funny. Even the names sound funny!
