thanks lucks, i know we had our differences too.. but you the one of few people on here also who knows the real me i guess, and the advice has always been good
time to go to get some sleep.. i’m shattered, got some drinking to do soon
6 November, 2005 at 2:56 pm #161014I dont know what to say and i dont want to say whats happened to me recently but it’s bad enough, and i know only too much that love hurts. Then it kicks you in the teeth, especially when you are down, like it has done to you Soulie.
Theres no cure, you just have to find something to take your mind off it, take each day as it comes and it will be a distant memory. Like others have said, stop looking for love, love will find you.
6 November, 2005 at 3:00 pm #161015Wise words, Rainbow. The best way to get over someone, though, is to get under someone else. Speeds the whole process up.
6 November, 2005 at 3:05 pm #161016Soulie, just forget about girlfriends / ex’s etc and go out and enjoy life while you’ve got the chance.
Easier said than done, but give it a try.
Personally I think having a partner brings more hassle than it’s worth, but each to their own.You know what they say, all good things come to those that wait
6 November, 2005 at 3:15 pm #161017you right, love hurts… and having love and losing it hurts even more
i have to agree with you cordy, i know i’m better on my own, its clare or no one for me at the moment, i’ve stopped looking for now, even joined a badminton club today, and squash in the week, going to find other intrests.. also want to join a pool and snooker team
6 November, 2005 at 7:49 pm #161018Don’t worry about it Soulie, it’ll come soon enough and when the right ones does, you won’t ever worry about bumping into an old ex again. Theres something about a bloke who is getting on with his life that seems to attract women Soulie, just do it mate.

then bumping into your ex in town with her new boyfriend
i mean, what you meant to say, when she asks… are you ok
i mean, i still love her and i see her happy with this small midget, personal opinion – she can do a lot better, i don’t mean me, i mean somone better then this little scrabbie midget whos just come from the lord of the rings
i did’nt tell her that though, i just mumbled some crap and toddled off to some place where i did’nt know where i was going too, pretending to look intrested at somthing in a shop window, which happened to be the scope shop – not good
ruined my night out now, so any ideas or suggestions to make me snap out of it and move on..
apart from shag a stranger… did that last weekend, did’nt work.. maybe shag a better looking stanger?
Shag a midget
