I won’t hold my breathe waiting for you to post evidence that “most” UK jails don’t have a 23 hour lock up policy. Clueless about the “real” world and clueless about austerity. The man who wants to chop off the hands of someone who can’t read or write, is addicted to drugs, has mental health issues and who stole a 50p pork pie from the co-op. Not personally.
I do know about a prison that housed child offenders this had to be closed down as they worked out how to flex the plastic glazing out of the frames and some escaped all eventually recaptured.
This prison housed some of the countries most notorious child offenders including murderers.
