Anyone familiar with the current prison regime under this tory government knows that for example 23 hour bang up due to staff cuts is leading to major incidents that this government are keeping hushed up.

Current tory regime , what part of 2000 and 2005 can’t you read or are you too drunk to see your laptop as usual? There is no 23 hour lock up even now you moron,just for evening meals alone you get 2 hours at least wandering about.

I won’t hold my breathe waiting for you to post evidence that “most” UK jails don’t have a 23 hour lock up policy. Clueless about the “real” world and clueless about austerity. The man who wants to chop off the hands of someone who can’t read or write, is addicted to drugs, has mental health issues and who stole a 50p pork pie from the co-op.
