i get this all the time a simple refresh usually does the trick

If your still having probs check your connections Ethernet/USB to your PC and router as even a small amount of dust /fluff can cause a degrade, also you may want to make sure your PC is free from spy ware ? what security have you installed ?

they had panda antivirus i am fairly convinced it is that
that is causing the problem
next time i steal a pc for personal usage i shall make sure they have a decent antivirus setup , some people are so inconsiderate
