    I’ve suffered it years. I really don’t think there is a non-medicinal cure. If you don’t want prescribed pills from your doctor, have you tried the “Kalms” from Boots? They’re supposed to be good.

    My method is usually 2 x valium, 4 x pints of bitter though! Then again, 4 bitters and 2 valiums later and I’m still up at 4.30 AM :lol:

    Clinical insomnia is difficult to beat, because the body turns night into day & vice versa.. so it only thinks it’s bed time once the sun comes up :(

    I tried Nytol first they made me sick for some odd reason but yes i have tried kalms they help a little but dont seem to make a significant difference, and not really like tabs of any sort natural or not i only resort to them when im really desperate they only usually give me about an extra hour anyway 3 instead of 2 or 4 instead of 3 that said night b4 last i got abt hour and a half but last night after taking 2 i managed to get nearly 4 so feeling pretty good today atm lol
