    Work ya b0ll0cks off for 10 hours a day in a factory ya will soon get tierd :twisted:

    Thats why im in bed by 1030 every night up at 5 none stop till i get on here

    Don’t work sunny even when i was working 70 – 80 + hours a week running around a restaurant like a bloody loony ive always had a sleep issue.Infact the harder i work the worse i seem to get i do eventually drop off sleep like a log for abt 2-3 hours then thats it.
    When i was on holiday and not working was the only time i could really sleep and i’d get about 8 hours solid.
    Alcohol does work but i rarely drink anymore i overdid it too much when i was younger so now im stuffed lol

    I agree with you sunny to an extent. I seem to suffer more when Im off work, I find it really hard to sleep, no matter what time I get up.

    Has got worse as Ive got older though. :twisted:

    actually pete if im totally honest thats half the problem sometimes i get too engrossed in what im reading and i keep saying oh just one more chapter and another and another i should start reading earlier really, i think i pass a point then im stuffed

    I do love my sleep, just a shame it don’t love me.
    Sometimes i can be awake for 2 days sleep 3 hours and up again.
    Even as a child i recall many a time not having slept a wink and gone to school.

    People say when you do more, you will be tired, that has never worked for me. When i was in training, (which i would do for maybe 5 or 6 months at a time) i used to jog 6miles every other day, go to the gym for 2 hours after that.
    and on the days i didnt train i would go swimming for a hour or so and maybe a 10mile cycle depending on the weather. I still only slept about 6 hours a night even then.

    Some people are just not meant to sleep, ive tried sleeping pills, all the coco drinks and hot milk, makes no difference. Alcohol makes me sleep even less.

    I did once stay awake for 5 days, then when i did go to sleep, i slept for 18hours solid :lol:

    The only thing that makes me sleep more, is when im really ill. :?
