Oooh eeer that is a strange one – What sort of car is it first??
To me it sounds like the indicator relay jamming – It’s a bit like me first thing in the morning doesn;t work well when cold and needs to warm up first – If you let me know the vehicle and age I can do a lil bit of digging for ya
