I have been asked to post this on behalf of a friend of Peds who does not use these boards

I will always remember Ped, not only as an eloquent man of great wit, blessed with a wicked sense of humour and the ability to take the mickey out of himself and others without causing offence, but also as a man who could smell bullshit a mile away and was not afraid to call a spade a spade when the need arose.

One of the very few in this internet world you instinctively knew was genuine.

My heartfelt condolences to his family, and big hugs to Mims xx

I was told of the very sad news about Ped earlier today. Ped you will truly be missed by very many people, you where a one off, there can never be another you. I loved your sarcastic wit, it would make me giggle. I send my heartfelt and sincere condolences to Ped family and friends. Mims my special thoughts are with you. Ped i will miss you.

JA, didn’t know you as well as others (due to me being an F2 groupie at the time!) but you were always very kind to me, unless it was at the quiz – then you gave me hell for leather!! Just don’t have the words to express how devastated I was to hear about Pedro.
A vibrant and kindly person with a unique sense of humour and a huge personality
I am just so sad that I will never hear or read again that eloquent sarcastic humour. I’ll miss you so very much.

My thoughts are with his family and someone who he so dearly loved. xx
