Spain for me. I used to live there.
Portugal to me (even though I “hate” Ronaldo when he plays for Man U…. :twisted: )…Croatia second favourites….wouldn’t mind Holland either… :D
And Sword dear, we can “support” other teams apart from our own national sides…believe me…I’m experienced in that…. :lol:
I still think Italy will win it, they do this all the time, struggle through the group stages, do just about enough then go on to win it
its out of there hands in a way, they have to win and hope romania don’t beat holland, holland are on fire but are they likely to rest players knowing they are already through?
That’s one of the reasons why I don’t like Italian National team…they do “just enough” and go through and end up being champions on many ocasions…don’t think they deserve the number of titles they’ve got…don’t like their football at all….
you got two choices hav’nt you, effective un attractive football that wins things, or good to watch football that gets you so far, but fall short against the good teams
Italy are in my heart, they are truely deserved champions, with legends throughout the history, like many great teams
Good point…but I don’t like unattractive football…I prefer the “delightful one” to watch, even if it doesn’t bring that many titles… it’s not always possible to play “beautiful” though…sometimes even the best teams play quite “unacttractive”…But Italy….it’s ugly all the time!!!!…hahahahah…”Carcamanos”….. :-…

has to be the KrautsI think, as an uninterested bystander, that there may be some politics to play out in the Netherlands group. If they get to the final and lose to Italy or France they will kick themselves for beating Romania. I think we may see a Holland ‘B’ team that isn’t to interested in a result.
I think it would be a B team anyway. Cant see them risking their top players when they’re already through.
Spain/Holland/Portugal are all doing well, but it’s only the group stages. Expect the Germans and Italians to still be there at the end though.
