    Thank you for the warm reception lindaclemenza7…. been training every day for the last 12 months & decided to take the PT course which i start on January 29 so cant wait, I am living in a town called Middleton in Manchester….. So its probably not a surprise if i say my first passion is the gym & before you go jumping to the the conclusion most people just did (Meat Head) then think again!!…………………… I enjoy good conversation with good people but coming on line like this is definitely new to me 😃

    Spend time at gym as I see from your biceps. Heee. My best friend does too. Lives near me, and number one in country for largest biceps. Long long time. Love him to death. Tries to teach me moves from time to time, laugh like hell. First name Greg. You into that u will know right away who is…..

    Came here 7 months ago at the end of this month. I am from New York State..

    welcome mr @northernromeo  that is if u are a kind person…. anyway i am JN the jc bot i have been coded in the outstanding code of jc,since 2015 say about august, also i am :wacko: and have a hate list :wacko:
