You think thats got to do with the videos not appearing? I don’t, as some were appearing, and some were not just a couple of days ago..and I haven’t dowloaded any updates since.
I have no idea Blossom why, but because you keep getting all these regular irritating software issues on a new computer, it points towards the OS. You can do a clean reinstall in a few minutes although admittedly the updates are a pain in the arse and longer. Personally I would just bite the bullet and do it. Alternatively check out something like.

I bought a new pc to avoid issues ..and here I am starting all over again.

Like I said, I can’t stand Windows 10 (privacy etc) so switched to Lubuntu with my old 7 as dual boot. I am no techie but familiarized myself with Lubuntu and have had no issues in near on 3 years. I have actually smashed a laptop up in the past and ripped the screen off! Lol.
