If you could go back to a time of your life and change things, what age would you go back to? what would you change? and why?

I would go back to being 14 knock the head off Lisa Appleby and knuckle down at school and take my exams.
I didn’t take any exams at school and didn’t get any qualifications until in my early 20’swhen I sat all the exams I should have done at school.
    all that time wasted.
    hmpfff :?

I’d go back to when i was sixteen.. But,.. seeing as things can’t be changed, and seeing as there are two things i cannot and wouldn’t want to change.. I know who and what i want, and who and what i don’t want, and i just have to work from there.

I’d go back to the early 1960’s (the golden age of pop music) – to my shared flat in London and re-live all the excellent times I had …. BUT …. armed with the knowledge and life experience I have today.

I’d go back to yesterday, when all my troubles seemed so far away, and buy a new alarm clock.

Dunno. I was (for that era anyway) amazingly conventional. I never ever used hallucinogenic chemicals – pot & LSD were the trip of choice in those days . Coke & heroin were barely heard of back then and the ‘disco pills’ (Ecstacy etc) hadn’t been invented.

We used to have loads of parties which involved scoffing quantities of ale, listening to what are now called “golden oldies” and getting off with (or trying to anyway) as many females as possible.

I discovered that there were only two certainties in life ………. death and nurses. Later on, when I shared a flat with a guy that worked at Heathrow, I added airline stewardesses to that list.

Aaaaah …. those were the days.
