Many years ago in England, pub frequenters had a whistle baked into the rim, or handle, of their ceramic cups. When they needed a refill, they used the whistle to get some service. “Wet your whistle” is the phrase inspired by this practice.

All you do is….hold your right arm straight out in front and twist it to the right while holding it with your left hand then pull back your right shoulder and push your head forward and you can then just about manage to lick your elbow :wink:
