    I love cheau (or however its spelt) pastry.

    Imagine if you could make those cheaux buns with creme patisserie and they tasted as great as Marks and Spencers ones.

    PB not sure it would be of interest to many people who use the boards these days, besides, I wanted to ‘look’ at the thread, not contribute to it, but cheers for the comment all the same.

    I make my own Sharon cause I love them with coffee icing on top and you can’t seem to buy them now. I also make them big and round just like they used to years ago.
