the identity of baby PETERS (the child had a name ) is out , do gooders will be arguing this is wrong and thier identities shud of remained annonimous , i for one am glad and now i hope the authorities fail to protect the scum like they failed lil peter and they are got at in jail
Well about time too ! Why the heck were they granted anominity for their protection ?
They never thought much about the protection they were supposed to be giving that poor little boy Peter.
Whilst I don’t agree with the an eye for an eye theory if they are got at in jail so be it. Shouldn’t of done the crime should they?
Reading this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8194235.stm the reason their names were kept annonymous was to protect the other children they had until they could be placed with alternative carers. We already know about one of the defendants raping a 2 year old child, but the third defendant – his brother – was 37 was living with his 15 year old girlfriend? wtf?
Apparently they are going to appeal against their sentences – I sincerely hope that the sentences are increased. However they will be given new names and a protection plan when they come out, which the tax payer will pay for.
I’m an easy-going person, not violent or vengeful, but oh for an hour with these people… :evil:
I watched this last night on Newsnight.
What really annoyed me was the woman who was speaking about whether or not either of them should or would receive protection on their release, and that they’d have to provide proof that they were being persecuted in order to receive this protection. She then went on to say that what the public have to realise, is that she will have served her sentence!!!
Served her sentence? what a joke!!!

I don’t understand the system, i mean – In cases like this, Life Should Mean Life!
The words such as “Appeal” should never ever be spoken.Change the laws, and either bring back The Death Sentence, or ship them out to America, because being Gassed, or Electrocuted is nothing compared to what they did.

I agree with you Woohoo, they shouldn’t have any chance of even putting in an appeal, but plain simple truth, is because of Blair and his “human rights” banner, they’re entitled to apply.
I dont agree that the death sentence should or will, ever be brought back in. I do think though, that life should mean life. Saying life and then having them free in possibly 10 yrs or so, just makes a mockery of the system.
well i think they shud be kept alive but tortured until the brink of death constantly ,for ever
I think they should be summarily executed and simply forgotten
I would like scientists to look into their brain matter and work out what makes them so very different to us… you never know there might be a reason why they were like this.. like a chemical imbalance or something… something has to make them different morally.
I very much doubt they will get an easy life and even if they do… they will have to answer to God one day.
