    i think i have started a gym trend, went for my induction last week… but i not been following my instructions… naughty me

    meant to do 30 mins at a time… i was in the gym 2 hours last night :) and heading there now, but just for a swim this time, and steam room and sauna 8)

    Mix some wine with 7Up or Sprite if you’re pregnant. My sis-in-law used to have 2 or 3 glasses at the weekend and her baby is very healthy :D

    It’s not scientifically proven how much alcohol it takes to actually harm a baby, so, better safe than sorry is my opinion. Congratulations by the way.
