…hope that the regular posters don’t now abandon the boards.
If people do that, then not only will it mark the beginning of the end of one of the most successful message boards in the UK, but it will also mean that you’ve all given in to the people who wanted that to happen.
I’m pretty sure that the ones that have worked towards this (which lets face it, they probably have been for some time now) are going to sit back and laugh if everyone decides that its now not worth the effort to visit here and post. Are you prepared to let them think they’ve won???
Yes.. there are more rules to abide by, but we’re all grown up enough to do that, aren’t we?
I know I’m probably being a bit hypocritical, since I’m not what would be described as a regualr board poster, but a lot of you ARE. Don’t give up, and don’t simply sit and moan about it. Get on with what you do best (within the guidelines).
If you don’t, then they’ve won.
PS… My views are totally independent.
I have no history here, (unless you count the last few months worth of meaningless ‘safe’ posts), and I certainly have no issue with anyone on these boards, OR in the chat rooms.
So…. for what it’s worth, Get On With Posting!

There doesn’t appear to be any regular posters left Boots, so it’s now limited opening. :lol:
I try and post once a week or two, usually at 5/6am after a night out – so I’ll play my part for all it’s worth. :lol:They’ll be back! each and every one of them – mark my words. It mightn’t be imminent, but they’ll be back, wish I was as sure of Heaven. :wink:

Well I certainly hope you’re right, and I think you may find that there are plenty of regulars who HAVEN’T been banned, and this is who I aimed my message at. I don’t know enough about the history, gripes, arguments and hissy fits in this place to know how it all originated, and to be quite frank, I have absolutely no interest in finding out about it all. Lifes too short! I’m far too laid back about this sort of thing at the best of times, so heaven only knows why I’m even bothering with this thread, but I felt the need to say something.
Yes.. I’m being morphed with Sarah Palin (courtesy of a well known regular here – you know who you are :P ), since it’s been said I have a likeness to her! I certainly don’t have her passion…. for politics! LOL
