nope i aint gonna watch it, he freeks me out
I bought my little girl the original on DVD at xmas, £4.99 at wooly’s when you spend a £10 or more and she’s watched it dozens of times already, bloody brilliant film that, one of my faves, Gene Wilder is fantastic as Mr Wonka and the kid who plays Charlie is a brilliant actor, and all round great film.
Never been a fan of Depps, something strange about him and he looks like Michael Jackson in the updated version too.

Jonny Depp is fantastic and Tim Burton is out of this world – Nightmare Before Christmas is genius, but…
I just dont think you can beat the original. Gene Wilder was eccentric and weird and carried the part off fantastically.
As for the new oompa loompas… just dont get me started…. :evil:
