Thanks, Linda.
This is badly outdated, as I don’t think May will win by a landslide, and Corbyn has conducted a brilliant campaign whihc has knocked out a huge Tory lead at the start.
but
I couldn’t resist laughing…

7 June, 2017 at 7:05 pm #1050379“They all talk shyte!” Love the statement. If I used it here in a written statement comments would be made I can not spell by reporters. Would not be a good leader. Our word is spelt shit…..hee hee, ha ha…. I truly laughed here. Politicians always use excuses and stupid ones at that. I provided an example from some reporters I know here with media….would jump on to find excuse with the wrong spelling of a word.. Person not well educated, do not vote for them.

It is spelt shit here too but it’s a way we have become used to typing here as in the past most swear words were censored lol. Old habits die hard I guess.
Some people might say I am uneducated but hey … in truth what do they know?
8 June, 2017 at 7:36 am #1050536‘educated’ is bollox.
A lot of people are educated and know nothing.
It’s what’s in the heart that counts.
Vote Labour

8 June, 2017 at 4:55 pm #1050613Jane, You do not realise that a current serving conservative politician was literally a member of the IRA? Maria Gatland is a Tory councillor in Croydon, South London. But in a previous life she was known as Maria McGuire a member of the Provisional IRA and lover of one of it’s top dogs David O’Connell. She detailed her life in the group in a book called -To take arms-My year with the IRA provisionals . And she pulled no punches in describing just what she was involved in .As The Belfast Telegraph documented in 2008, Gatland went on an arms-buying mission with O’Connell to the continent. But after their cover was blown by a British newspaper, Even after Gatland admitted in a press conference that the pair were trying to buy weapons for the IRA, they were still not arrested. She currently sits on the Shadow Shadow Cabinet for Children, Families & Learning. Gatland said of her time in the Provisional IRA and rise to Tory councillor: Quote ” I wanted to put something back into the community and I think I have done since I was elected to the council. I deeply regret that I have caused problems for my colleagues who I hold in very high regard” haha makes me fucking laugh! Gatland appears to have renounced her past with the IRA, and obviously this has satisfied her peers and bosses in the Conservative Party, as she is happily still representing them. But no such treatment is given to Corbyn even though any contact he had with the IRA was in the context of the peace process in Northern Ireland.
I dont normally get involved in these type of posts no one is a winner, but as ur throwing mud i thought id fling some back!!!
