    i am feeling sore today as i went for my 1st run since october 2003. But i am also feeling excited cause my team are playing tonight, but that might all change later!!!

    Awww thats a shame, but at least you CAN celebrate :D
    On that day, I will be laid up in bed, on a morphine drip, with a catheter in, recoving from an operation, so have a few for me, then come on JC and type loads of cr@p that will make me proud :lol:
