BTW Martin…I know there are only a handful of us loyal chatters left here and we probably are not important BUT….can u bleeding fix the profile picture uploading facility as first requested in 2009 (or before) it took me at least 11 attempts to change my picture and even then its pants!

Ok let me add a little more meat to the bone in this thread and tell you more about the new owners
Right the new owners come from a place that is affectionately known as “over the road”
They are also bringing with them 3 replacement guides to brighten this place up. Out with the old and in with the new
The first one is female and is so good at being a Mod they call her the number one guide in the chat site community
The second one is also female and is so good at hosting they say she is born to be a guide
The third one is male and takes his role as a guide very seriously even though he’s a bit of a joker
Now if you want the facts only – just come and ask me
Tree ask the new owner to sort the picture uploading thingymijig wontchya
Thing is tho it was me that coined the phrase over the road but that was about here and pats chat so it won’t be pats so it’s uk well that’s me goosed innit

Even though they think your pic looks fine they say the feature is broken but have anyway put all their world wide web developers on it and are throwing every penny on it just for you .
But in the mean time ….
- Have a copy of your pic you have already done just in case you need to use it again (as a back up)
- Now get the unedited original pic on to your laptop
- Right click on the pic and open with pictures
- Inside pictures right click on the pic and select resize picture
- Don’t select there set sizes but choose to define custom dimensions
- Uncheck the option maintain aspect ratio (important to do this)
- Then set width and height to 150 x150 pixels
- Save your changes
- And now load that pic in to your profile
I told the new owners there is no way you can be bothered to do any of that but that’s what they said you will have to do for now.
