Having different issues now…the message I sent no longer appears in my sent box and it says I have an incoming message and that doesnt appear either :(
That’s been happening.
If I send a message, or someone sends me a message, it’s not there. I found that it goes straight to my email account, and I can read it there. But it seems to take 24 hours too appear in the jc mailbox.
Don’t know why.
And why do I have over 300 notifications of posts on boards ( @ my email address box), even if my notifications to emails were switched off ?????
Something is definitely wrong !

Email notices are not the same as notifications. To turn off email notices, you need to go to your profile and click on the ’email’ tab — not the ‘notifications’ tab.
Send an email notice when: Activity Yes No A member replies to an update or comment you’ve posted Yes, send email No, do not send email Messages Yes No A member sends you a new message Yes, send email No, do not send email Friends Yes No A member sends you a friendship request Yes, send email No, do not send email A member accepts your friendship request Yes, send email No, do not send email I wanted to avoid notifications being sent to my email address, so I ticked ‘no’, in all the above boxes.
Ticked ‘no’ to all the above yet still get email notices, why?
Plus getting notices of people posting on the boards, too. yet I have everything set to ‘no’.
I dont want over 300 junk messages a week from JC.

It doesn’t….mine does the same…plus it’s still showing I have private messages when infact I have none unread
All my notifications are switched off and have been since some posters mentioned it…..I’m now getting bombarded with emails from Jc after posts have been made…..before the emails used to go to junk now they are in my inbox!!…I’ve not even been into settings let alone changed anything

Just a had a thought …. have you selected unsubscribe at the top of each thread you post on kenty?
I had the say problem when people replied on threads I had posted on everytime someone replied on the thread I got an email … it drove me mad until I noticed the unsubscribe thingy.
My email is once again under control & not going mental with notifications of replies.

Thank you for that…..never noticed it before ……unsubscribed and I’ll keep an eye on it
