    My friend cannot get into jc, he get’s as far as the log in screen for username and it keeps saying… Regular connection did not go through.
    Trying alternative…
    Site ID does not exist on the chat server.

    he has tried clearing cache,restoring pc to earlier state etc etc…running out of options can anyone help please? x

    Had that a while back after a Java update…finally someone suggested uninstalling then reinstalling Java. I was sceptical but it did the trick…worth a try.

    Had the same prob as jen .
    Uninstalling & reinstalling Java worked for me too. :wink:

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled java twice and still cant get in so its not just him Maybe …… tho if he gets in its probably just me :oops:
