People own me money all they time and sometimes its not worth the trouble getting it back.
In this case, I would have throught that the small claims court would be they best way, bu its no going to get caths job back.
And this guy will probley just change the company name anyway after the jugment, and you wil have to go thru it all again!

perhaps it isn’t about the money but more the principle in standing up for what’s right. Incidentally, wtf has age got to do with it?
