    J_in_France here posting under Helen’s name

    I have tried to register to chat on the boards and I think that was successful but when I try to log in I get the message that my account is inactive and to contact a supervisor but how can I do that when I have to login to do so – catch 22 situation

    Any chance someone can rectify this?

    I registered a couple of weeks ago and I think it was accepted but the account has been made inactive for some reason – perhaps because someone does not realise that Helen and I are two different people though married

    i think you can have more than 1 account on here tho J i would ask a chatguide or a host.

    I only want to have a seperate account to Helens lol – not after multiple accounts …. just one that works ;)
