Was easily the best game seen on tv so far this season
The gunners are by far the best passing team in the land , let’s hope they can start scoring a few more goals now

And Drogba’s goal was sheer quality… Arsenal who???

great goal, but chelsea are not the team they were last season, maybe they need time, but they were lucky to get all 3 points, man united were terrible, ar sneal were not much better, looks like its portsmouth title this year :)

FFS Matty – A rsenal were tremendous – great football Man u couldnt live with them

Chelsea for all their spending still can’t produce a team that plays flowing football – long ball up to Drogba – the rest is stifle the midfield – and get everyone back behind the ball apart from Drogba – boring stuff at best

we were good Drivel, I got my PM from Arsene Wenger today and he said so too  !

No that was our BEST win over United in a long time, a six pointer for us more important than any other before.

we would have been dead and buried without that win. we may well still be but im far too optimistic for that.

dont forget we had many players missing and really really needed a win, so psychologically that could be the game that put us on the road to the title race this season (and I reckon Chelsea are gonna get a huge walloping soon btw…. they need one, and it might wake up Mr Lampard lol!!) :D

thought arsne al lacked any sort of threat up front, they just bullied the midfield well. and had a great goalkeeper to thank

    lehman was brill :D

but overall we did dominate ( i aint biased atall hun)

I’ll admit that you did play well, and did dominate for most of the match..But don’t use the, “players missing” excuse because Henry and Persie were out..We have had Rooney and Scoles out for 3 games, including Heinze, and look where we are sitting, behind Portsmouth ..No, not Chelsea..Behind Portsmouth

But overall..It’s impossible to write Arsenal off…The season has only begun, and I think Chelsea will lose a few games this season, as well as the teams who are predicted to give a title challenge this year..Teams are stronger and more willing to win matches..This year will be a good one I think.

I too hope it will be a good season rob. I wasnt using it as an excuse… just an observation of the game. we did play well without them. We are stronger when they are there and it also proves we can have a good game without them. It was one of many hurdles we had to cross to win the match…

    1. playing man u
    2. playing them away from home
    3. missing two key players
    4. risking 6 points

they were factors, not excuses hun.

Lets hope the season is not a foregone conclusion like last years was, I for one dont want to go back to the liverpool years (even though I was tiny then) but I do love the fact that no matter where your team are, or how they are doing, we all still love it.

Its the passion in our lives, and certainly keeps me going. my boy plays for a team that win 1 in every 10 games, but they will get there one day… they are all under 10’s and if they can keep it up then so shall we all!!!!
