You’ll be pleased to hear I’ve managed to overcome the problems we had with our new vacuum cleaner; you remember the new Ball Dyson whose electric cable failed to reach into the corners when plugged into the hall socket. We now have a vac in each room which saves carrying it about you see there is always a solution to the problems that modern living exposes I don’t know what all the fuss is about do you. As the ice caps continue to melt the extra water can be shared out better to those who are less fortunate than ourselves hey, as long as I can still have a block or two in my G&T I’ll be happy.

We don’t all wish to know the sordid details of how you wash your drawers in the bath, a modicum of decorum during the day wouldn’t go a miss.

Are you sure 3 capfuls of sterilising fluid is sufficient?

If you were to wear the aforementioned garments in the bath, with the sterilising solution; would it be an effective contraceptive and if so for how long?
Would it be necessary to keep them wet for it to work?
