Probably because your question is utterly stupid. There is a vast difference between having an ID card/being finger printed on a database and the idiocy you are suggesting.

Sweetheart, the principal is the same, its just on a smaller scale. If the government said its “advisable” we protect the public through close circuit cameras, would you let them film you daily?

As you keep insisting people do not answer your questions, I will repeat my answer … The principle is NOT the same. You are taking a situation and blowing it up to suit your agenda. You jumped from the possibility of having children finger printed to CCTV cameras in individual homes. How you made that leap is behond me.

Because the principal is the same, im just explaining it to you this way, so you see the underlining problem with finger printing.

Jeez the dumb are hard work.

Tell you what, ruck you all, rucking face the consequences of your inbrain thinking, just dont come crawling to me expecting sympathy.

Emma I have to agree with Lamby here

You are taking stupidity to a new level

What the feck has cameras got to do with fingerprinting or DNA swabs for a database – surely it would make the country a safer place

If you would like to see some of my video clips – please send a SAE – large – and enclose a cheque for £100 – made out to Drivel Adult Promotions

Drivel doesn’t NEED to be printed, neither do I but as citizens of this country (the ones who you say never have a voice and are never listened to, the ones who you won’t listen to now cos YOU don’t like what we say), we believe that a DNA or finger print database (or both) is the safest way to prevent crime in the long term and solve crime in the short term and as such, we have nothing to fear from both of us having our DNA or finger prints on a national database.

Simple- listen to the people, the ones who never have a voice

If you have your finger prints taken, or DNA or both, how will that stop you commiting a crime? It wont stop you banging an old lady on the head with a hammer, WILL IT?????

AND, if you want to prevent yourself from commiting more crime, why not get the government to install CCTV cameras in your home :D

    GOSH your stupid…

Okay – so maybe it wont stop you committing a crime – so whats the harm then – perhaps it might even increase the chances of finding the culprit !!!!!!!!

Your CCTV lark has no credence whatsoever – either you are on a wind up – or you are more stupid than people think – – nah sorry that’s impossible

Of course, and thats good. Putting cameras in our home, and one on every single street in britain, will catch more people committing crime, thats what we should be doing, dont you agree? You are for tackling crime right?

OR, should you have the right to limit government intrusion into YOUR private and personal life?

My CCTV “lark” is an example of the ludicy in the government making us think that finger printing and i.d cards is nothing much, and it will end there, it wont, they will attempt eventually to put cameras on all main street corners, then all street corners, then outside our houses, then in our homes, total control. As much as they need.

We already have CCTV cameras on our streets, on motorways, in space (well long cicuit cameras), were being watched all the time.

Foreign countries are being watched by our government…

If we give in now, it becomes a slippery slope. Just say NO.

Wrong- it will stop crimes being committed.

We regualrly see the same person convicted of multiple crimes- whether burglary, assualt, rape, murder etc

If you get caught after the first crime thanks to a DNA/finger print database, you can’t commit any more crimes

DOH, and you call me stupd!

And long term, once those who are so inclined to commit crime realise their detection and conviction becomes so much easier thanks to a DNA/Fingerprint database, they’ll stop committing crimes

DOH, and you call me stupid

We will never ever remove crime from our society but we can take the initiative away from the scrotes and sh/ytes who commit crime and a DNA/fingerprint database is one way- it is time for society to fight back

When your let out you can, or even before you’ve commited A crime…

It limits depending on how long your sentence is, if the prisons are full, but it wont completely stop you commiting crime.

    :D

OR they’ll wear gloves…become “professionalised” being very carefull, which will make it harder to catch them, which means we’ll need more “protection”, like cameras on street corners…new labour KNOW this.

If we were tuff on crime…if we locked up people for longer…if people were allowed to tackle criminals without fear of prosecution themselves due to insane excessive human rights for criminals…IF criminals feared punishment…

Part of the reason why we have this bunch of blaggers in power, is because EVEN quite clever people like slayer are easily fooled. No offence slayer, but when you support new labour/new conservative, you support pathetic policy.

Oh this is jus rich….so if we make it harder for the crims, they’ll jus become smarter right and make it harder to catch them….oh my god Emma, you’ve jus given the hint to every burgularing scrote that wearing gloves means they won’t get caught!!

FFS, you don’t think they’d have thought of that without your help!!! The idea that a national database for DNA/fingerprints will make it HARDER to catch crims is jus so far off the mark that it has met itself coming back.

    1. Zero tolerance for all crimes
    2. DNA/fingerprint database
    3. More prisons, longer sentences, no parole, no remission
    4. Increase in income tax of 2p for 25,000 more police officers on the beat

    Simple…..really
