Well, this complaint has mysteriously got lost in the post along with the HMRC computer disk. When that gets found – no doubt the complaint will arrive as well !!!

I like my complaints dealt with promptly, none of this taking a ticket stuff all that is for losers who complain for no reason – I on the other hand have an excellent reason. More importantly who ever deleted my post I guessing its that saracastic sod had better explain why… 8)

It was me Miss Minx , I had several pm`s stressing there anger at the post in question & so I had no option but to delete it , I have however spoken to my colleague (PB) & he assures me that if you wish to PM ( Private message ) him & talk about this in more detail you can , he says he will put you straight on what you can & cant Post , Hope this helps you ,

You might possibly have been ….. but nobody else was.
Now …. about your complaint. We need lots and lots of details so that we can conduct a thorough and totally impartial investigation. We will of course interrogate all the usual suspects and will leave no stone unturned in our quest for the truth.
Rest assured that we at JustChat take complaints really really seriously – so plaese take a ticket and stand in line until we can get round to dealing with yours.
