    Probably – it seems that only certain people get away with certain things on here.

    This is typical isn’t it ….. wait until the complaints department staff are busy with their year-end procedures and these bloody newbies slip in another moan when nobody is looking.

    Well, this complaint has mysteriously got lost in the post along with the HMRC computer disk. When that gets found – no doubt the complaint will arrive as well !!!

    Miss if you,d like to take a ticket, (like the ones on the deli counter in tescos) it,ll have your very own, unique reference number on it. Then if you,d like to wait patiently, your complaint will be dealt with…….errrrr, eventually. We will leave no stone unturned in our quest to find out who deleted your thread. It might have to wait until after the annual staff piss up in the staff room when we knock back the sherry(and turn our pms off) but we will deal with it, as this appears to be a genuine complaint and not one for “no reason”, (like all the other 9,999.) Rmember to keep hold of your ticket though, you dont want to end up at the back of the queue now do you? :wink:
