Has anyone else noticed that the trees look like they think autumn has arrived? Even a week ago in some places the leaves were beginning to go golden colour.
I know that after a drought trees do shed leaves or even die, in which case the leaves go dark brown and shrivel. But what seems to be evident, though, is that leaves are going the usual autumnal yellows, golds and reds. Spring was very early this year so perhaps this is the knock-on effect.
This early autumn seems variable since mixed trees along one stretch of road might be ‘turning’ but half a mile further on they are still fully green.
some times if there no rain and its to hot , trees will shed their leaves to cope
with the weather .as for hot weather , i’m confused.

I had this conversation with my mom last week. I think the seasons are changing, before we know it summer will be in December and vice versa. Our summers are getting shorter aswell.
I have noticed over the last few years we seem to have two summers in the one. It is nice and warm in June and July, then its gets wet and windy, until mid to late August when the weather get warm and sunny again till the end of September begining of October
