Sorry I wasn’t here at your beckon call Pats, I was having a beer with Daggs and Mims in Camden!!! Shock, horror! They are probably getting their Morrisey fix as we speak. Oh by the way, that was an ‘ad-hoc’ beer, weren’t expecting to see them until tomorrow. Mims found the ‘merry widow’ comment very funny.
I haven’t had a spat or anything even coming close to it with rednose my dear, I have no idea where you got that conclusion from. I was just disappointed that Doris got his information wrong as I told him quite clearly the day last week. But as you said, and quite rightly put me right, it was young Daggs himself that you spoke to, so it was you that got the ‘secret’ meeting date wrong, well you did until we had a beer tonight after all, all be it unexpected. So everyone’s a winner.
