Hey Galaxy – Do you know who’s opening up for GnR? I heard tonight that is could be Alice in Chains. If that’s the case I highly recommend you seeing the concert. It’s not the original band. The original singer overdosed a few years back. But, Jerry Cantrell is pretty awesome and wrote most of the music and he’s on guitar. They are (or used to be with Layne Staley) one of my favorte bands. I’d love to know what you think of their performance.

I’ve seen velvet revolver twice now. I know who alice in chains, have a few cd’s by them but aren’t really the same without the original singer. I read it was bullet for my valentine supporting, haven’t heard any of their stuff tho

Galaxy – Check this out. This is from May 27th, GnR in Brazil. It really looks like a pretty good concert, I was surprised. Axel doesn’t sound the same, but he doesn’t sound half bad either. Not the original band, but the music did sound pretty good.

I was there too, tho don’t remember them being all that good. AR spent the first five minutes slagging the crowd off and yelling at the event staff.

I’d go see them again, tho not sure they’ll be as good.
