Only when Pregnant !! and I did not know I was , the giveaway was my need to drink cold milk first thing in morning, that turned into perfect scrambled eggs a few mins later.

keeps it friendly,in winter when not working,i get a bit for want of a better word ,slobby,but when it comes to spring,aka now,i go back on the weights,gym nah,i do my own dedicated regime,got my own weights
by summer im so bulked up with my proteins and carbs,nobodys gona kick sand in my face,it just wont happen
so my guilty pleasure is summer(no not her)
you tell me one person who doesnt want to look good in summer

i dont need gyms,i need music preferably fast rock n roll
i really think music builds muscle/fitness if im doing 50 press ups to jesus and marys rocknroll album automatic,or a 100 sit ups to the fratelliswhy do i need a gym?
