was that marylinn with the bombay accent by any chance ? im sure i have had her ! was speaking to Esme only the other day about this, I had NO bother till my daighter got baby pics did at the hospital. she gave my name and address and phone number !!! and now im inudated with those callers. ya answer phone and silence,,then ya hear the click of an automated recording. GRRRRR .. when my daughter was filling in the info needed she gave my christian name as surname, so its a pure giveaway when i hear.. ” hello meeeses lesley this is….” STAB !
Im a bit grumpy masel today, came oput in sympathy with shazza and got toothache in a crown ! was up at 3 am for anadin/ibrofufen played a few games and went back at 5.30 am.. 7 am the stone cutters were in next door to neighbours extension ! fook me i thought my walls were coming in ! the toothache is gone though, but i feel like i have a hangover, and i didnt have a drink last night !

Y’know back in the day when I partook of a wee tincture I would often suffer hangovers so severe that I lost all five senses and had to be dangled out of a top floor window in a strong wind to recover at least one of ’em….terror!
Howsoever, as a teetotaller, I can get the same effect by simply staying up all night on nothing stronger than ginger beer lite.
Ergo, the hangover is not the result of overly imbibing in alcohol..but of not getting to bed before the witching hour with a good book and a bad man! :twisted:
