Gordon’s at it again…..God help the Queen

PINGGGGGG! a light flashes on at ‘disaster control’ …………. “I know – we’ll create a constitutional uproar by proposing a reformation of the Monarchy – that’ll take the heat of us for a few days.”

So the bunch of lunatics – fondly referred to as the Government – want to repeal the Act of Settlement. OK, it has only been in force for some 300 years and clearly stood the test of time (unlike Gordon’s financial policies which have flopped after a mere decade or so)….. but hey, who’s counting.

The clown (heavily disguised as a Prime Minister) is really suggesting that the titular head of the Church of England could one day be a Roman Catholic???? I don’t think so.

Male royals would no longer automatically take precedence over female royals. Great – so that means we could one day possibly have Princess Anne as our Queen. She’s bad tempered and brusque enough as it is – how much less charming would she be as Queen???

This is clearly a ‘papist plot’ to undermine the Monarchy and the Church of England. We managed to prevent the last serious plot when Guy Fawkes was dealt with – a cause of much celebration for centuries. Now we have the spectre of an insidious plot, orchestrated by a failed Government, dancing to the tune of a German Pope.
