I know what the law states. I also know you were whining about that same law 3 pages ago.
I was complaining about the law concerning rape.
We are now dicussing the law concerning statutory rape, which is a different crime.
I don’t think you are debating in good faith.

You accused me of supporting sex between 60 year olds and 14 years olds 6 pages ago, there is only one person here who is taking the piss and obviously it is you.

You refused to say it was bad, and are still refusing to.
What other conclusion can I draw from that behaviour?

You are clearly drunk, using weapons and other objects to forcefully penetrate a womans vagina is not classified as “statuary rape” and the funny thing is all those silly links you posted clearly state so. Do try and read them next time.
Night night don’t let the bedbugs bite. Btw hope you are feeling better.

I am aware u are speaking of UK law. However, rape, sexual assaults are universal. Law applies in all countries.
Every law has definition and terms applied which are very very similar, it the small print you need to read.. plus culture applied as to the sexual consent age also factor..this were the big problem comes in. Consent…then it comes down to verbal he say, she say issue…
Evidence then more crucile on deciding in these cases in a court of law…And before anyone asks me where I Google my stuff…I don’t. Trained and skilled, advocate for sexual assault and rape victims….

The law can vary quite considerably, it isn’t even a crime in some countries.
29 April, 2018 at 1:36 am #1094218Oh dear Drac, crashed and burned, I’d re-group all of yourselves …… just sayin…
29 April, 2018 at 5:43 am #1094219Yes laws vary. But I will research as curious now to what countries is not considered crime, rather under perhaps a different term which considered crime…. thank you drac..
29 April, 2018 at 6:12 am #1094220Quick review again it seems the word, term, “consent” again reflect the areas of sexual assault and rape…challenges…
M.Scamp.Com.
“9 countries let rapist free if marry victim….
Lebanon..”Rapist can escape punishment..
India rape in marriage legal..
Marital rape…permitted..
Ghana, Lesotha, Oman. Singapore, Sri Lanka..Rape allowed when “wife” is wife and marriage illegal…
Belgium, Netherlands,Luxenburg, Jordan, Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yomen, …rape treated as issue of morality rather than violence…
But basically as said few pages ago, laws can be tweaked to fit the culture or society one lives in…..that the problem….small print of defination which consider crimes…a crime…..
