I think you’ll find raping someone with a bottle would not be seen as statutory rape after all you said its a different crime, it would be seen as serious sexual assault  and can carry stronger sentences than rape crime depending on the circumstances

I don’t give a rats arse about your googled information, 3 pages ago you suggested that same googled information is set up to protect the assailant rather than the victim. Do try and be consistent on these issues.
