I was going to respond to Sceptical from last night but Draculina has left me so worn out I can barely type.

BUT also if the victim applied the words, “NO.” In this case any person who is aware, forceable tries acts, told no, considered an assault on one’s person…….penetrated or not…

We are talking about UK law.
28 April, 2018 at 10:17 pm #1094159Ge I can’t find any research to say UK is worse than any other country in Europe or indeed the world for paedophilia, could you let me know where this comes from please ?
I can’t find it online. I do know it is a research paper and I do know I have references to it but among realms of other paper in my loft, which I can’t be arsed sifting through. I am happy to concede the claim without evidence to back it up. Also I may well have been referring to imprisonment rates which of course isn’t the same thing. I really can’t recall specifically other than quoting from it more than a decade ago.

Its basically the same
28 April, 2018 at 10:19 pm #1094162Also penetration does not have to be by a penis

Thanks, I do believe that it ‘appears’ rife in the UK because of the recent targeting on gangs in recent years, thank god, and that may fit in with your theory of imprisonment figures that you’ve read up on too
28 April, 2018 at 10:23 pm #1094164Interestingly though while I looked, Germany deals with paedophilia in a far more grown up manner than the “burn them at the stake” British, their system provides support and “treatment” to paedophiles well before any actual offense is committed and apparently is quite successful in cutting offending rates.

The law is very specific that it does
